AlgoPro Affiliate Marketing Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the AlgoPro Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement outlines the responsibilities, rights, and guidelines for affiliate marketers (“Affiliates”) participating in the AlgoPro affiliate marketing program.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Reside in a country that permits affiliate marketing of AlgoPro.
• Operate a website, social media account, or other marketing platform that complies with the law and does not promote any illegal or harmful, misleading content.
• Have a legitimate interest in promoting AlgoPro’s products or services.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote AlgoPro’s products and services through approved channels, ensuring all advertising is ethical, compliant with local laws, and reflects our brand values.
• Unauthorized content may lead to termination.
• Avoid any misleading claims or false advertising about AlgoPro’s products or services.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in a manner that complies with all legal requirements, including but not limited to FTC regulations and GDPR requirements.
• Refrain from using spam, unsolicited emails, or other unethical methods to promote affiliate links.

4. Commission and Payment

Affiliates are entitled to receive commissions based on successful sales or leads generated through their affiliate link, subject to the following conditions:

• Commission is earned only when the referred customer completes a purchase that is not returned or refunded.
• Payments will be made monthly, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $100USD. 
• AlgoPro reserves the right to withhold approval of payment for any reason, including but not limited to chargebacks, refunds, suspected fraud, misuse, violation, or any other reason we deem necessary.
• AlgoPro has full discretion in determining whether an Affiliate is eligible to receive payment.
• AlgoPro reserves the right to fully withhold payment or terminate accounts with a chargeback rate of over 1% or a refund rate over 10%.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:

• Using paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) or bidding on AlgoPro’s branded terms, product names, or similar variations.
• Creating social media pages, websites, or domain names that imply an official connection to AlgoPro without explicit permission.
• Misrepresenting their identity, falsifying transactions, or using deceptive marketing practices.
• Promoting through prohibited content such as violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or explicit materials.
• Encouraging any form of coupon code misuse, such as distributing unauthorized discount codes or exploiting coupon websites.

6. Termination

AlgoPro reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Engagement in unethical marketing practices.
• Misuse of AlgoPro’s intellectual property.
• Fraudulent activities or artificially inflating sales.

Upon termination, the Affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions, and any further use of AlgoPro’s promotional materials must cease immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and promotional materials provided to Affiliates are the property of AlgoPro. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting AlgoPro under this Agreement.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

AlgoPro makes no representations or warranties regarding the success or profitability of the Affiliate’s efforts. Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing strategies, and AlgoPro is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the program.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any information provided by AlgoPro that is not publicly available, including but not limited to sales data, conversion rates, and marketing strategies.

10. Modifications

AlgoPro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
